Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I’ve been obsessed with their Chia Oatmeal Pudding Bowl. It’s my favorite. My husband and I have tried a lot of things from this Cafe & they’re all pretty good! The fruits always taste fresh. I use the app to make my order all the time and it’s only about a 15m wait for pick up. I come here almost daily! THANK you for having healthier food options that mention calories with each item. For someone like me who counts calories, it’s super easy to eat here!

Walking in and laughing at customers that come in from the wind and rain when they are there to pay for a product is completely unprofessional. Then on top of that being out of acai and smoothies and being rude about it is wild behavior.

I do love the Detox Island Smoothie and Southwest Wrap but unfortunately upper management earned this rating and below average 2.5 review. Between the stores "GM" and "District Managers" this establishment leaves quality service and customer care to be desired.

I was given lip service by the "GM" who was unable to get my issue resolved over an online order and the "District Manager" didn't return my call as requested so I've decided to delete my account and won't be spending money again at "any" Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

The workers are incompetent and rude. I’ve been here twice and both times the workers don’t know the menu and I end up not getting what I ordered. Smoothie king is much better for the price.

We only tried two smoothies that were so not good to remember the names. I tried their acai bowl, it was very frozen. Waited ten minutes for nasty items. Next time I will try something different. For now, I do not recommend.

I Have a pineapple allergy and every time I come in the people working here are so kind and friendly about making that accommodation. I used to still live in Indy by the tropical smoothie, and I was so excited when this opened up. my expectations have completely been surpassed, not only by the quality of the food and smoothies, but by the actions of the employees as well. Especially Tam (And there’s one other girl who always helps me out, but I can’t remember her name!!) They are so awesome and kind and friendly. Thank you!!!

Rude staff, not even greeted or waited on when I came in.drink took forever to come. No different than smoothie king. At least they are nicer there.

My group of 4 came in and the place was empty of other customers and there was 1 visible order on the screen. We waited almost 15 minutes before being acknowledged and told it would be a minute before one of the 3 employees would be with us.
Smoothies were great (pomegranate plunge & Island punch) and acai bowl was good, chicken pesto wrap was fine-not bad but not great

Place was very clean
Bathroom could use a coat/bag hook
It took almost 35 min to order and get food-we thought it would be quick in and out as we were on a long drive (7 hours) and just wanted something quick and get back on the road
