If I could give 0 stars for the customer service here and the drive through experience so starting I pull up to the drive-thru he ask me to wait I waited maybe 5-7mins I asked a Simple question to the guy who was taking my order and a girl responded every time over him like I asked something wrong I asked him a question im not sure if they were dating but her attitude for me asking for a extra 2-3 nuggets for waiting is insane. Cause who taking orders him or her . If if they both was taking orders why did I have to wait… literally sat and listened to be rude
The girl literally stopped him mid sentence to cut me off from asking a question about something i buy twice a week

I ordered a biggie bag and told them it was for dine in, I looked at the empty tray they put on the counter with my name and order on it for 20 minutes while multiple people that ordered right before me and after me got thier food right away and left. I figured ok the drive thru has them busy.
They finally take the tray in back and I figure they will put my food on that tray but they give me a bag with no tray. I didnt want to lose my cool so i just accept it and decide im probably never coming back.
So I use napkins to cover the table since I have no tray, double stack was a little red in the middle and soggy, burger had too much watery oil on the inner papper wrap and the buns so I didn't notice the meat was raw unti it started tasting weird, I had thought it was just soggy from the oil.
I hope this was a fluke but I don't trust that raw meat burger, so I definitely won't eat here again.

I ordered a Dave's double with cheese tomato and ketchup. They got it wrong cheese tomato and mustard is how I got it. The oder taker asked me three times what I wanted on it. Took it back to counter to complain. I to repeat my self two more times. The lady making it was going to make me wait until she made all the sandwiches that had been placed. That's when I demanded the manager. I told three times what I wanted on it. At that moment I told him I wanted my money back and the sandwich made right with a new order of fries because the other ones were probably cold by now. Never go to the Wendy's in Merrillville Indiana again and probably will boycott them for at least a year.

Front cashier ran out of Carmel and decided to put half the amount on my frosty. I went up to get more Carmel because it needed more and they told me they cant sell me more or give me more. The ice cream cup was three quarter full. Sandwich was suppose to be a beacon cheeseburger and they left the bacon out. The only thing right was fries. Herd yelling in the kitchen. This will be the last time I come to this Wendy's.

Went through the drive thru at 10 pm the food was horrible you could smell that it was very old I ate part of it and was sick as a dog this Wendy's is by far the worst I've ate at not again

The burger was delicious. However, service was terrible. Once car picking up an order. I was next in line waiting 23 minutes to place my order.

I wish i could show the food was sold to me horrible the food they are preparing and serving my advice stay away from this place. Then the manager had the nerve to say no worries ill take care of you about to replace the food i ask her do you think ill want to eat anything out of this place after this return my money. I ordered a bake potato get home and the potato was literally brown not burnt old old as hell wow so sad. Ill never ever return not even for a cup of water.

They were short staffed. So the drive thru and the inside service wait time took extremely long amount of time to wait on 4 items 😒...yall are better than that.. Dave would not be happy..... Dave still would not be happy (Aug 9 2025)
Every time I come to this wendts they pull le forward and take forever with the order....
