This place is absolutely horrible. Do not order from here. My husband placed an order yesterday and accidental ordered it to this location so he called 2 minutes after placing the order asking if they could cancel it because he put the wrong location and they said no. That the could not cancel nor refund. Today we ordered wings for Super bowl and we have been waiting ONE HOUR and they’re claiming that their system went down and can’t give anyone ETA on when their food will be ready. It’s ridiculous. The service is trash.

Friday - January 17, 2025 We arrived at 11:11 PM and weren’t greeted at the counter, so we waited until someone noticed us. Eventually, a young man approached and asked if we were there for a pickup. We explained that we wanted to place an order instead. At that point, the manager spoke in their native language, and the young man informed us that the last time to place an order was 11:15 PM, as they had already begun cleaning. We pointed out that there was no signage indicating the cut-off time for orders and that the store was supposed to close at midnight. Frustrated, we decided to leave.

This place was the absolute worst. I ordered my food through the website and ordered garlic parm and medium bone in flavored wings with parm fries. I ordered everything well done and extra saucey. Needless to say my wings were not well done nor did it have seasoning they were extremely plain. My fries were cold, soggy, and barely had parm on them. I immediately took my food back and asked if it can be made fresh and how I asked and the cashier immediately said no. That’ll he will only remake the fries but not the chicken so I then demanded a refund since it wasn’t just the fries I wasn’t satisfied with. He then took my food to the back to one of his coworkers and then came back and said he was going to remake the order. Now I’m confused. But anyways I sat and waited for a redo to only receive wings that weren’t fresh , fries with no parm and an attitude with no remorse. I’m beyond done with this location. The attitudes are insanely horrible and damaging to the company. If I can rate it a 0 star I would. Will never return.

We ordered food through the app at 11am since we were 5 minutes down the road. It is now 11:50 and we STILL have not received our food. We stopped here on a very long road trip and this has now cause our 1 year old to be screaming in the car hungry, along with delaying our trip an entire hour. We could’ve sat down at a restaurant for how long this “fast food” place is taking. NEVER stopping here again.

I ordered wingstop on there own website. And when I came to pick it up for some reason I didn't check thr bag. But when i did when I got home I figured out some wings I ordered wore missing. And I got bbq but instead they gave me lemon. But besides that I say there fires are okay, BUT! I ordered a large and it looked like a small barley any frys in it. I checked back in the bag, because maybe some fell out. Nope that was not the reason. But my overall review I would say it's a 3 star.

Was staying in a hotel nearby and found this place while looking for food late at night on a Sunday. Tried the boneless wings combo with the Korean and hot flavours. The taste and the quantity was good. The staff working there were good and friendly.
