Food itself was good but the iced coffee tastes like dirt
Mid at best. Food usually isn't too good. If I'm on the road and I'm really hungry, it still works though. Nuggets are usually dry. Fries just aren't the best. Burger is just okay. Never have a problem with the drinks or the service however.
Shout out to the ONLY EMPLOYEE WHO SHOWED UP TO WORK THE DAY AFTER THE 4th of July !!!
Give that man a raise !!! He had good customer service even though he was the only employee here.

Wendy's has undergone a remarkable transformation under its new management. Prior to the manager's return after an illness, the store faced issues with food temperature and service. However, with the new manager's determination and leadership, the restaurant has turned things around. The staff is now more hardworking, friendly, and professional, serving food at the right temperature and providing swift service. While commendable employees have been recognized for their exceptional service, there have still been instances where orders were not taken correctly, leading to some customers requesting remakes.
Recently, there have been reports of issues with delivery, including delays and problems with food orders. One customer experienced a delay with their DoorDash order, but the restaurant promptly remade the meal, which was hot and fresh. It was noted that the employees were very helpful during this process. Some customers have mentioned the need for more staff during busy times, especially at night when many DoorDash meals are prepared. Overall, despite some occasional incorrect orders and mixed experiences with staff, Wendy's remains a destination for loyal customers seeking fast and palatable food.
