“When you go to Shipshewana, go a few minutes north of the main hub to Danny's diner. We didn't realize this was here and we've been going to Shipshewana for 20 years! We had a club grinder and a small chicken, bacon, ranch pizza. Both were outstanding! Seems to be run by an Amish family, order at the counter then they serve you from there. Right across from Country Corral. Skip that and go to Danny's!“

“Super clean and modern location. Six p.m. on a Sunday night and the place was hopping. There were at least eight vehicles in the drive-thru, customers sitting both inside and out. Ice cream was just the right consistency and my Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzard was mixed perfectly! Two sitting locations outside; one directly in front of the store ame another on the opposite side of the parking lot nestled in the trees.

Parking: Plenty of parking.

“The Countryside Ice Cream Shop is located a bit out in the country, but definitely worth visiting! They have all kinds of food options (American) as well as drinks and some good Ice Cream. In the last handful of years they now have a drive thru, but you can also sit on their outside tables. Great place to visit for some good refreshments!“

“Just driving by with my sister and brother in law, we saw peach custard, limited time put the brakes on and tried it was fantastic. We all got the peach and vanilla small more than enough, very generous serving only 3$'s but next time we will go with straight peach, delicious.!“

“If you like THE CHIEF, try this place! No line and a place to sit down inside. I don’t have to stand outside with a bug flying around you. It’s fun to watch the traffic go by. The pictures are very accurate because the ice cream is not only delicious but it is colorful. The people are very friendly and helpful as the flavors are posted in Spanish. This will not be my last visit.“

“This was my first time ever at a Culver’s since we don’t have them in NJ. I didn’t realize you have to pull up to a designated spot so they bring out your food and the spots are not marked, so I ended up driving all the way around. The employee was very nice, asked if I forgot to order anything and I explained my confusion.

The food was worth it, tasty butterburger and delicious root beer float. The cheese curds are like small mozzarella sticks. I hope they bring this franchise to NJ!“
