The young black female running the front of the store tonight needs replaced giving me attitude because yall don't have something and it's on the online menu then asks me if I want sauce I ask for Parmesan ranch and she yells with attitude can I get a side of ranch then half way thru trys to calms her voice and rubs her face I did tell her if she didn't like her job she needs to look for a new one because I'm a paying customer and I don't deserve to be treated like that I don't think I will be back to this location I don't deal with disrespect and drama grown and too old for all that especially paying my hard earned money for something!

Just ordered lunch at Arby’s. I ordered a a chicken bacon Swiss sandwich, removed the tomato and honey mustard from the sandwich. Went inside to pick up my Togo order and decided to check my sandwich before I left due to being very picky and wanting to have the correct sandwich. There was unfortunately honey mustard and tomato’s on the sandwich. I kindly let the staff know that I needed my sandwich to be remade. I believe Tina is what she said her name was, looked at me and proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and that I did not order my sandwich that way. I kindly pulled up my Togo order and showed the employee working the counter that I did in fact order the sandwich with no tomato and no honey mustard, he confirmed and was happy to remake and Tina then proceeded to argue until she walked up and also looked at the order I had displayed on my phone. Tina then took the sandwich and with a very rude attitude asked that it be remade. I again checked this remake and there was no tomato, but again honey mustard was on the sandwich and now they had taken my bacon off as well. I gave the sandwich back and this time asked for a refund which really sucks considering I’m 7 months pregnant and was really looking forward to this lunch lol. Tina proceeded to argue with me again what was wrong with the sandwich and the only argument she had was that “the order was not displayed that way on their pos screen” despite that being exactly the way that I ordered it. I asked again that I get a refund because I was not going to allow them a third chance to mess my sandwich up and only have a 30 min lunch break so I was already going to be rushing back to work. I asked that she be able to provide me a receipt or something because this food was almost $12 and she made it seem as though this was not her problem. Provided me a handwritten receipt that she for some reason put my last name on, the date, and that the refund was needed.. you would think this is information she would be gathering for herself to be able to actually provide me the refund. I have never had such awful service from an Arby’s and I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. There was another employee working the window, his name is Jeff and he was standing there mocking me and making fun of the situation the entire time, not even trying to offer to remake the sandwich correctly himself or any of that. The gentleman working the register was at least nice enough to apologize even though he wasn’t even at fault. I want my money back for the incorrect food and Tina definitely should NOT be the face of your establishment.

I went to the Arby’s located at 5610 N. Main Street in Mishawaka, Indiana on March 1st. 2024I love the Fish special. I wanted my Fish and Fries dropped hot. They gave me COLD FOOD! I told them my food was not hot, I gave them back the fries first. Then I checked one of my 2 for $6 Fish and it was cold also. I told the young lady my food was Cold. She said I don’t see how when I just dropped them. Mine you when I can through the door she was in the lobby cleaning.They had a Stack of pre made Fish Sandwiches they were giving to Customers.ONLY TIME I patronize Arby’s is when y’all have the Fish.From my experience today I won’t be going back to any!

It’s been a long time since I’ve eaten at Arby’s, so I’m glad to have its unique curly fries, and I feel like the Roast Beef Sandwich is still delicious.

As I was standing in line, I noticed that people working the fryer were not wearing gloves when grabbing the chicken strips or Mozzarella sticks from the container in the cooler. The restaurant seemed in good condition, but as someone that works with food, it made me feel a little uneasy. The staff seemed quite scattered and not all on the same page. Fries were cold, and the food presentation was a little sloppy.

This is the best experience at an Arby's that I have ever had. The service was with a smile, and the food was the fastest I have ever had. I also made a to go order after eating my meal again, super fast with napkins straw and sauce... Perfect.. We did ring the bell...

I was using a cane and also trying to carry a tray with food. And two shakes. When I tried to climb the stair, one of the shakes fell and the counter woman was pretty disgusted with having to clean it up? And did not offer to replace it. The manager was not concerned about it either.
