Bowl of Pho has delicious authentic food in a totally unexpected spot! Who would think in this little store front in a strip mall lays the most amazing Pho and if you don't try their fried spring roll you are missing one of the best things you will ever eat! If it is busy (and it can be) please be patient. They are a small staff of lovely people who work extra hard for their money! I'd never had Vietnamize before, but had been wanting to try it. Read good reviews about Bowl of Pho, so I made plans to visit with my family. I'm glad I did! Our server, Amy, recommended items for us to try, and accommodated the special dietary requests very nicely. The food was excellent. I can't remember the name of the dish I had, but it had chicken, shrimp, a porkchop, and fried egg, all over rice with some veggies, and it all was amazing, hot and fresh. Tasty authentic Vietnamese food, great specials. Fast service once you get a seat... Sometimes there's a wait, but it's worth it. The stir fry with rice noodles, chicken and veggies was delicious.
