I now know why I haven’t been to chipotle since I quit a few years back. I start to order my chicken bowl and I asked for black beans but there were literally 10 black beans left and she didn’t go get a new container and continued to move on so I asked for pinto beans to make up for it. The manager Harlan, Harley (I am not sure, blonde young lady with long hair) is one of the worst experiences I've had interacting with an employee at this location. She accused me of rolling my eyes at a different employee and having an attitude when I was looking up between the glass at my phone while waiting for my food to finish cooking.They did not tell me before I began placing my order that they were out of barbacoa, steak, or sour cream and I was still waiting patiently...read full review

I walked in at 9:17, no greeting by any staff(normal these days) the make tables were pulled out and cleaning was happening(floors being scrubbed), I asked if they were open and was told yes. Then the staff went back to scrubbing floors and left me standing there. I’m totally confused.
