I walked in at 9:17, no greeting by any staff(normal these days) the make tables were pulled out and cleaning was happening(floors being scrubbed), I asked if they were open and was told yes. Then the staff went back to scrubbing floors and left me standing there. I’m totally confused. I thought I was going to be served but no one communicated anything at all besides going about their business and left me to stand there. If you don’t want to serve the public then close down. I stopped going to chipotle a cpl years ago dokie to terrible service and inconsistent food. I thought I’d try once again but wow! Thanks for making me feel unwanted. Disappointed!

I now know why I haven’t been to chipotle since I quit a few years back. I start to order my chicken bowl and I asked for black beans but there were literally 10 black beans left and she didn’t go get a new container and continued to move on so I asked for pinto beans to make up for it. Next I asked for chicken and veggies. Well she gave me half a scoop of chicken so I asked for double chicken knowing I will have to pay $4 extra for half a scoop….she gave me 4 pieces of pepper(which I know portion sizes since I worked there) which was ridiculous. I ended up paying about $20 including a half scoop of guac. I won’t be back….I can go to a decent restaurant and get a meal for the same price. I almost walked out before paying because $20 for half a bowl is ridiculous. Do better with your portions….

The manager Harlan, Harley (I am not sure, blonde young lady with long hair) is one of the worst experiences I've had interacting with an employee at this location. She accused me of rolling my eyes at a different employee and having an attitude when I was looking up between the glass at my phone while waiting for my food to finish cooking.They did not tell me before I began placing my order that they were out of barbacoa, steak, or sour cream and I was still waiting patiently and keeping my tone neutral with the young man serving me as I confirmed "Yeah" which bowl was mine after they had lost track. The manager said something to me and I couldn't hear (because I have a hearing aid and there was a lot of noise) and asked her to repeat herself apparently I looked at the ceiling or looked at someone wrong because this is when she told me "If you are going to have an attitude, leave"Taken aback, because I was still waiting patiently without talking to anybody even in line, I explained that I couldn't hear and that's when she told me I rolled my eyes. I proceeded to get her name after she refused to tell me the name of the GM or corporate number, told her to have the day that she thought she deserved, and left.I don't want to sound like a "Karen" by complaining, but as you can tell from the recent reviews here also mentioning the manager it is not an isolated incident with how she acts and running out of food two and a half hours before closing time. either there is a ownership issue making it so that they cannot hire good managers, or they cannot hire good employees because they have bad managers.

I am a regular at Chipotle, but my recent visit to one of their locations was deeply disappointing. The portion of chicken I received was minuscule, with only a few tiny chunks. When I requested a standard serving, the staff not only refused but also responded with laughter. The other employees seemed off as well, to put it lightly (I hope drugs aren’t involved). The lack of professionalism, possibly due to the absence of a manager, was alarming.In contrast, when I visited the Eddy Street location afterward and showed them the portion I received, they apologized on behalf of the first location and kindly provided an appropriate serving of chicken. This gesture restored my faith in Chipotle’s customer service standards. I advise others, especially for late-night visits when management might not be present, to consider going to the Eddy Street or the other Mishawaka location for a more reliable and satisfactory experience.
