My boss and I love the Redbull Creme Freeze all of them . I've even started making my own flavors. The Redbull mocktails are great . The staff is always polite and making sure the order is correct. I put 10 to 20 on how much per person but it is more like 5 to 20 depending on what you get.

Stopped here on my way to work for a coffee, big mistake. I was drinking it and my mouth started feeling like I was drinking something greasy, get to work and take off the lid to find grease floating in my drink. I took a picture of it and stopped by after work, the boys working says he is a shift lead and has no idea where the grease would have come from, it wouldn't be from anything they use or their espresso machine. I told him that is very concerning to me, did someone put something in my drink. He says he can ask on a forum what it can be and asked if I had a receipt, I told him it was my free drink and his reply was oh well you didn't pay for it, so your not out any money. Excuse me sir, I had to buy 12 drinks to get that free and I buy Biggby coffee everyday for myself and up to 5 on Sunday for household at almost 8 dollars a drink for the last 7 plus yrs. Since the first one opened locally!!! Really that's how you do business????
