I don't know what has happened to this location. Poor attention to details. They never ask for rewards info. This is the 3rd time I have not gotten my receipt so I can add my rewards. I got 2 Napkins for 3 meals. Cashier didn't offer receipt or put in bag. You are supposed to give out receipt with every purchase.
The food is very delicious and everything feels super fresh.

I use to work here. I do not recommend working here or buying from here. Here is why!The pay is appealing but that comes at a cost. I am currently serving as an Army reservist and going to college to commission as an officer. With that being said and chic Fila's patriotic environment I thought I was stepping into a comfortable environment. I was completely wrong. I stepped into an environment of immature teenage leaders. I stepped into an environment full of leaders that were chosen based off of friendship status and not leadership. I busted my butt working here for a year and the only compliments I've ever gotten were from customers. I've worked so hard infact when I would choose to take a breather I would be told I'm wasting time literally from a manager who has no credit ability and walks around making sure no one is watching them slack off. I tried to climb the ladder of leadership myself and after being blown off a few times the final conclusion they had for me was that I am "too military". I see that perspective but it was blown way out of proportion simply as I would confront slackers and of course they over powered me in numbers. They don't care for effort they only care for your slavery. I worked with multiple people who were struggling in life and all the managers could do was work them to death and not take any constructive criticism. If you are looking for a job where you can mess around work here but if you are looking to climb the ladder and make a career DO NOT WORK HERE.\From a customer perspective I can absolutely see the truth in these reviews that talk about requests or complaints not being taken and ignored. When I worked there they only payed attention to about 50 percent of complaints and 50 % were purposely ignored by the leads. They make fun of you behind your back I promise you. They only serve because they have to. they have no joy in it.Food is overpriced but what is really distasteful is the food they throw out. We had homeless people on the street one time and at the end of the night I asked to give the homeless some food. FRESH FOOD. They leads said nope and every night they throw out fresh food. I don't care what the factors are in throwing it out. It was 100% fresh food and they saved time in inventory and money books by just throwing it out.Im so glad I left I have more money in my pocket I'm more happy and God getting me out of there opened so many more opportunities. I came here around 1:00 in the afternoon on Tuesday I believe it was. And went through the drive-thru which was extremely packed. I was in the Drive-Thru for literally almost 30 minutes. When I got my food which was the grilled chx sandwich, the bread was not toasted as it usually is. And the macaroni and cheese that I ordered was just a Big blob of cheese and no macaroni. The service was less than usually the bubbly people that they are. I was disappointed this time around.

Waiting inside 15 minutes to get food. Very uncalled for. They weren't busy. They usually are fast well not today. 4 associates standing around doing nothing. Finally a guy said do u need something I said im eating on my food he asked 4 people that. Wow! This place has gone now down hill.
This one was so close to tying portage rd in south bend for first place it’s just not as friendly as used to be the newer shift leads especially at night don’t take concerns( which are rare) or compliments seriously also this is the only location where for some odd reason if you get a southwest veggie wrap instead of quietly saying it to the grill cooks or finding someway to put it on the screen they yell it out and it echoes to the restaurant I am mostly okay With it since I am a vegetarian but others who might be trying to eat healthier for the first time might not like it being shouted out but like I said this one is mostly friendly I am just glad they still kept the kids playground keeps them there and busy so adults can enjoy there meal in peace
