I love this cold stone. Lauren and Sarah are 2 of the best people ever. There's a couple more but I dont see them as often. The whole crew there is amazeballs!

asked for a shake, asked if they could make it with their signature creations and they said yes. I was never told that they were going to charge me 20 dollars for that small shake. Be aware that they will not tell you of extra charges. Went from $6 to $20 really quickly ?. Never coming again. Ice cream taste the same as your local flavor freeze, just go there :)

Employees were seen around the corner in plain view smoking on their vape things that smelled like marijuana. Being VERY loud and obnoxious. Totally unprofessional for an establishment. It always smells so great when you walk in. The environment is so welcoming and the staff is so friendly. Evie is such a ray of sunshine! I love this place. 10/10 recommend!
Horrible experience 1st I order there for my 6 year old daughter and I. Ordered waffles bowls for her and I got charged extra no waffle bowls to be found. Order her and I ice cream mine didn’t even show up and hers was completely wrong. Needless to say Thx for charging me for items I never received and for not making the ice cream we asked and paid for. $36 down the drain and upset daughter thx ?

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Best ice cream ever. I love adding extras into my ice cream! Love how friendly the staff is. Sarah is hands down the best ice cream maker ever. If I know Sarah is working I am definitely going into the store or ordering door dash! Cold stone would not be the same without Sarah! This is a must try spot! You won’t be disappointed!
