*update: this was our second visit and we came for lunch. The food was just as amazing as our first time. Got my son’s favorite dish Galbi (Korean short ribs) and I got a chirashi bowl (assortment of slice fish over rice). Traveling through and wanted something other than commercial options. It was great to support a family and small business BUT it is hard to recommend this place based on our experience. Good was good but nothing special. Service was VERY slow. it felt like they needed at least 1 if not 2 more people serving guests. Lastly, it was very expensive for what it was.it was the same price as going to a nice hibachi place but you got none of that great experience...

I am not sure if we went during a weird time, but we had to wait a long time for our food. We spent about 2 hours total here and at least 1 hour was waiting on food. I did notice there seemed to only be one waitress and it was about 80% full. I think the portions were abundant for the price and it was very delicious.
