I do know that a couple of times I've been here, there have been a lot of people in lines, and hardly any staff and I turned around and left when it was clear that even getting someone to take my order was going to be a challenge.
Beyond that though, the food and ice cream seems to be made like its supposed to be, comparable to other places, and I have no real complaints about it, getting what I am supposed to be getting. If I wanted better, I would go to someone that serves better quality, but for the occasional quick fix, especially those times of year when the better seasonal only places aren't open yet, they do ok.
More could be done with the dining room, but its standard Dairy Queen as simple and as basic as possible, nothing beyond the norm or worse either.“
