“I visited twice this week. The first time i would have gave them 1 star because of the attitude of the lady. She kept the same attitude until i paid. The ice cream was not "bussin" today my kids said.The 2nd visit was better the lady this date was very nice and pleasant. The prices are a bit steep, but my kids like DQ and i feel they have the best ice cream so i am willing to pay.The line tends to be long, but they are USUALLY quick, unless someone has a large order in front of you and those are the people who need to walk in!They usually forget the spoons when i go there, so make sure to ask for them AND napkins.The ice cream cake is awesome here. I usually order the oreo blizzards, peanut buster parfait, dilly bars, and ice cream sundaes. I have not had many complaints except the workers attitudes.“
“I ordered through the DQ app for delivery. My order was a double cheese burger combo with 2 shakes. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the correct food. I got a single cheese with only ketchup instead of what I ordered. I called to get a replacement, the manager or shift lead (young guy tan skin curly hair) did everything in his power to make sure I could get a replacement. He even tried to get a redelivery since I was at work at the time. Sadly, that wasn’t an option, which i totally understood. When I arrived for my replacement, he was very kind and friendly, and promptly made me the correct sandwich fresh. Even though i didn’t get the correct order at first, the kindness and compassion he showed me is my reason for the 5 start review. Thank you kind stranger whom i didnt get your name.“
“I love to get a bacon double cheeseburger and a gravy cup. Then pour gravy onto burger where I'm going to take each next bite!! We also looooove the cheese curds and the mocha moolatte. Been getting these three items every time we go there! Try it!!“
“Price's are always a bit much, other then that no real complaint, except the triple truffle is gone, I think that's what is was call the one being served for valentines day... The Reese's extreme or what ever it was called is gone, two of my favorites, a employee accidentally put cookie dough in the first one and I started ordering it that way, the past 5-6 times they don't flip the blizzards I still pay but I thought Dairy Queens moto is if it's not flipped it's free hmmm so I'm owed about 5-6 free blizzards ??“
“The only reason Im writing this review is the cashier Olivia was SO nice! She was quick to greet us, quickly fixed an out of stock item for us and we got our food quickly. Blizzards were amazing as always. Easily my favorite Dairy Queen in the area.“
