Did not respond to a problem I had at this location and if you drive a couple miles north just across state line to another Dairy Queen south side of Niles you will be pleasantly surprised with much lower prices. I found a better Dairy Queen to give my business to.
Every restaurant has a day off, but when you try it three times and it’s a complete failure each time you know you have issues
Arrived at 6:55pm tonight (Saturday). When we were ready to place our order at the drive thru we were told they were not taking any more orders. Asked if we could place an order if we came in and he told us the door was locked. We asked why, and he said they were closing. Doubt that I will go there again!
