Wow terrible experience I ordered a blizzard and the blizzard wasn't flipped when I was served and when I mentioned if to the little girl she said it didn't prove anything cause there was a lid lol on it that's not my fault so they didn't honor their free blizzard and I called and asked to speak with a Manger and someone picked up said they were a manager I asked their name and they hung up the phone on me completely unprofessional and I will never or my family cone spend our money back here and I was completely nice about it and still the little girls attitude cause she got caught messing was very shocking to me just honor ur advertising for the upside down serving McDonald's is better than yall at service

Dairy Queen is one of my favorite places to go get a decent meal. I usually sit and eat while working on my laptop. Very warm and friendly staff. Reasonably priced food and the chicken strip basket is my absolute favorite. Blessings ?

The workers on the day shift were pretty nice the ones on the evening shift just didn't look like they wanted to be there and weren't so friendly. I've tried quite a few menu items and the only thing I've liked is the banana shake and even then it's pretty watered-down tasting.however the last time that I ordered there everything was pretty good.I just don't like the taste of the food I don't think it's any fault of the workersI personally just really don't like dairy Queen I only went because it was convenient to the hotel I was at.

I don't know why Dairy Queen Restaurants insist on using drink lids for their blizzards. Those tall clear lids work much better. I live 5 minutes away from this location and the blizzards melted enough to get ice cream all over my car. Can you please start using the clear lids? It keeps the ice cream from dripping over the side.

Everything was done quickly and the cashier was nice and took our order with ease.Kid-friendliness: There was a cardboard spinner with 5 different blizzards on them. You can spin the spinner and see which blizzard you land on. I thought that was cute and fun.
The staff is always joyful and welcoming. Each experience has been a pleasure and it's one of the main reasons I've been returning. The burgers are done textbook style, so there's no disappointment of what's on the menu picture and what you actually get. I highly recommend this place.

I've been treated with Amazing customer service everytime I've been here so far!! Each time I come I'm always well taken care of!! The manager on duty at my last visit, Sam, was very kind & helpful offering me suggestions to help me decide on what to get. The food Keeps getting better each time we come!! I would definitely recommend this new location if you haven't been already!!Kid-friendliness: Staff was very friendly and extremely accepting of all the children present.Parking: Available around building

Worst experience ever! When we first arrived half the staff was in the parking lot hanging out, and one guy laying in the grass by the pick up orders talking so loud on the phone. Then they messed up our order, that took 20 mins to get anyway. When we took it back, the staff asked if we liked the mistake and why didn't we just eat that, instead of bringing them back! Thank God we had the receipt because they assumed it was our mistake then argued about remaking it. When it was finally remade they gave us 3 blizzards because they couldn't keep track of the 2 they were supposed to make in the first place! Never going back. Worst one in South Bend.

Worst experience I've ever had at a dairy queen. Waited over 20 minutes for my kid's ice cream and it came out all melted. This place has been open for a few months and there is no good management. The employees are speaking out loud about customers. One worker was standing around in the back just looking at her cell phone. Worst DQ ever.

I am so disappointed I went there yesterday and got two mini blazers . One they took 20 mins to even make them I worked at DQ doesn't take 20 mins to make mini blazers. Secondly the lady in the drive thru was very rude and had no customer service skills what so ever . She hands me my blazers they were melted by time I got them mid as well got a milk shake and she didn't even give me napkins..I had to ask her to hand me napkins my ice cream is melted .. I will not go back to this DQ .. horrible service
