I’ve always loved Dunkin bagels… Today I decided to try this location and asked for a bagel with extra cream cheese… very disappointed because there was little to no cream cheese!! I won’t be going back to this location.

Each time I come here the staff are rude. They also always grab the cup With their bare hands on the place where my mouth is supposed to go. It’s unhygienic because I see them handling money at the same time as touching the food and the drinks.

If you don’t use a straw, your drink will be unflavored because the syrup is sitting at the bottom
I rarely come to this one because I live on a different side of town but when I do I hate it every time because they are very rude, can barely understand what they say and they be seeming like they don’t know what your ordering, also don’t fill your drinks up all the way it be half way filled I be disappointed every time I go

I just want Dunkin to pick a personality, because every time I go, I never know what I’m getting. It’s giving chaos. One day they snap, the next day it’s straight hot disappointment. The inconsistency is WILD. If I can give a 0 I would. I’m a very loyal and consistent customer especially at the location at the one on Michigan Street, but I don’t feel like the loyalty is given back on this location at the Mishawaka one.
Went again today and went back to get my correct order and I believe the manager said the sweet lady named Kayla, no but she did it anyway and she was literally super helpful and even to the customer next to me. Kayla if you see and hear about this you are a dream and definitely need a raise and or location where you don’t get and have a headache!

Be careful at this location, they charge me twice and they were trying to say they didn't even though I show them on my bank app , the guy that charge me was getting mad not sure what scam they're running here

I ordered a blueberry refresher and wait was not long at all I got my drink straight away right as I pulled in, the guy at the window told me “give me a second,” and I thought he was going to grab me napkins but instead he gave me a bag of free donuts, literally such a sweet gesture 🥹
