The Arabic men that work here are all extremely rude. I just needed my drink replaced because it was nasty and I wanted a different one so they wanted to charge me $5.13 for a new drink. I come here VERY often and only these men are rude.

Everytime I go to this Dunkin I cannot understand the man with the really strong accent. He can’t understand me. He usually asks me to pull up to the window so that we can talk face to face and we still have communication barriers. This slows the service at Dunkin and he gets my order wrong everytime. If I ask for blueberry in my coffee he forgets it or doesn’t understand that I asked for it. I am a regular and there isn’t another one closer and on my way to work so this is very frustrating. I would recommend hiring people who can easily understand me and get the job done. It takes so much longer than it should have to. Or at least a different person at the drive through.

A little before 8 am we stopped in at this location. The gentleman ahead of us stood at the automated register with cash in hand for a good 5 min before a female employee rang him up. So we stood with cash in hand at the register for a few minutes while 3-4 employees ran around working. Since I had never used the automated register I went ahead and put in our order, only to realize that there is no option for cash. So we asked how do we pay? The taller gentleman who looked like the manager/owner said they don't take cash. But the gentleman in front of us paid with cash? And, in fact, even put cash in their tip jar. But our cash wasn't acceptable? So I said screw it we will spend our money elsewhere. If you want piss poor service definitely check them out.

While waiting an extended time in the drive thru for my order, we were told by a customer that walked out of the store that they tried giving her old food and when they made the employees make it fresh, they tried giving us her (old food) that she didn’t accept! She told us to make sure our food was fresh and hot because they’re just warming up old things, and nothing is fresh. Absolutely crazy and disgusting. My coffee tasted stale and the cookie Crumbl pieces were hard and tasted old. I will never cheat on Starbucks again, do not waste your money here! They have went down hill. 0/10

I stopped in there to order a sausage egg and cheese bagel and hash Browns, the hash Browns looked like they had been cooked in black grease. They were so dark and so nasty. I ordered 25 munchkin donuts blueberry. I got ten blueberry and fifteen chocolate.Never asked for chocolate munchkins will never be going back to this place again.
So the girls that work they are awesome shiann and Alesha are the best. So friendly and always have my coffee ready what would I do without them!!!! This is the best dunkin in Mishawaka. They open the store almost 30 minutes earlier just because I have to be at work BEFORE they open. I always have a great experience with them. I live closer to Lincoln way dunkin ans had the worst experience the Indian guy made me cry and lied about a price and would not alow me to purchase. I will never return to that one very disrespectful. I never have a issue at grape road

Ease of ordering and food pickup is great and it was fine in regards of the actual drinks and food. The thing that was a minor inconvenience was they forgot the straws.
