The food is always good , but it literally took them my entire lunch hour to get my damn food! Then on top of that, they just threw my damn sandwich in the bag and didn’t even close the lid !! I couldn’t even eat it I had to eat on the road. So if you want to wait FOREVER, for your food go here, otherwise go elsewhere! I will not be back

Chain restaurant only rate those as 3 because they are supposed to be the same everywhere. Also approx 10$ for a sandwich is getting to the point that a regular restaurant is a better deal then any casual or fast food.

Firehouse Subs never disappoints! The crew is always so friendly and welcoming, and they make every visit a great experience. Their subs are absolutely amazing — always fresh, flavorful, and made with care. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it keeps me coming back every time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious meal and top-notch service!

I appreciate that Firehouse Subs employees are careful when making my food to not put certain food allergens on my order that I specify & that they add ingredients I can have (such as Romaine lettuce). This is one of a handful of restaurants I can go to that have lettuce I can eat! I also like that items are fresh & made to order. And Firehouse restaurants appear to be clean & organized.

Very impressed. My wife nor myself were ever here. I asked the lady, taking the order what she recommended, and she said The Hook and Ladder. It was very good! My wife got The Engineer and said that she was very happy with it. Our son loves fireman stuff, so we will definitely be bringing him here for his birthday. Overall very pleased. Thanks

The food is decent…..buuuut this place actually has a sandwich assembly crew and still manages to take 15 minutes to make a simple order. Gotta do better.
