Gio’s Pancake House is a hidden gem with a huge menu selection. The steak burrito and pancake and cheese omelet were delicious and reasonably priced. The chorizo and eggs breakfast was a standout dish, tasting just like homemade. The Mexican rice and crepes were also tasty. Despite the long wait for food, the friendly service and generous portions made it worthwhile. This cozy mom & pop diner may not look fancy from the outside, but the food quality and service make it a must-visit spot.
