Very small place. Waitress tried to sit me and my friend in the back, although there were spots in the front. I felt a hint of racism in that moment as there was a white couple that came in after us and was seated in the front. I asked for the 2 seats available in the front

They don't seat until your entire party is there. So don't show up early to be seated to save a spot, you will be waiting. Totally understandable.
Parking: Parking lot has maybe 15 spots. This is a popular spot so that fills up quick. There is street parking in the neighborhood so not really an issue unless you have someone who has an issue with walking. But you could always drop them off and park.

Good home cooked food and great service. This is good All-American breakfast food with interesting specials, made to order and served hot.
Parking: Parking is also available across Lincolnway. No street parking since they changed traffic on Lincolnway. Still worth it!
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is in the adjacent lot with a ramp on the side. It seems okay but I am not handicapped.
