I’ve never had any issues ordering but I placed an order of 24 butt cakes and as I’m opening the box to sing happy birthday to our father it’s only 12 butt cakes in the box. I called and they offered me store credit instead of my money back for the 12 cupcakes that were missing. This was not my error but the store and there’s nothing they can do said the store manger, now I’m out of $120 for cakes that I never received. That was our last visit.
