My friends and I had mobile orders where we ordered food and condiments such as pretzels and cheese, breakfast burrito and salsa, etc. We got our food and two of us were missing our sauces. One of our orders also had a banana shake and it what we got was something with peanut butter. We came through the line to ask for our sauces and the shake. Who I’m assuming is the manager came to the window and told us that our food did not come with sauces and we would have to pay. He was incredibly rude about it when I felt we were nice and understanding. Especially when my friend was given a peanut butter milk shake, and she is allergic. Mistakes happen, she caught it before drinking it and we weren’t upset. It was not our fault that the app doesn’t charge for sauce and if that is the case fix the app or at least just explain that to the customer. I feel like if I already messed up an order I would’ve just given away the $2 in sauces, but I guess that’s just me. Overall the food was fine, the carhop and man at the window were great! The man that came to the window about the sauces was incredibly rude and was the worst part about our experience.

waited 20 minutes to place an order... got tired of waiting drove to the other sonic in south bend.

I ordered a drink, medium fry and two ranches through the app. I picked it up at one of the mobile pick up spots and when I checked the bag, no ranch. Went through the drive through to get what I ordered and the worker told me I needed to pay for it. I said I ordered it on the app and didn’t get it… He said the app doesn't charge for it but they do so if I wanted it, I have to pay for it. They wanted to run my card for less than a dollar for some ranch. What's even more frustrating is that I tipped them when I paid for my original order. I have a long history of mobile orders (with tips) at this sonic, not once have I been asked to pay separately for condiments. Felt like I was being scammed so I drove off.

The stuff is so rude. Unbelievable. The staff that were working on 8/7/2025 at the Sonic on 221 W Douglas Rd Mishawaka Indiana 46545 at 8.55pm. Totally Unbelievably rude. Apart from the bearded guy at the pickup window (he was kind. He had a horse voice)

Always enjoy the music as I stop by usally mobile order. They get it out in decent time and don't have to wait too long. Employees are kind and nice.
