I live literally 21 ft from this Starbucks so I obviously I've visited more then a few times but I will be making the extra travel time to go to Dunkin be this Starbucks can not make a decent drink I was really excited about the new lavender drinks and I love matcha first of they barely put in lavender cold foam on top and even when I asked for extra there was hardly any also I'm not a fan of ice so when I order I order with no ice and even though it says no ice on the ticket it would still have ice well today was the icing on the cake I ordered my son a lavender matcha same thing barely and cold foam and I ordered the lavender frappe expecting it to be like a creamy milk shake type drink as it normally is as far as I can remember well no it was like drinking an icee from the gas station I will not be giving them another dime!

I’m convinced most of these reviews are fake. Absolutely terrible service at this location. The last time I went there was definitely my LAST time. Was spoken to very rudely by the barista handing me my drink. I pulled off and my drink was so disgusting I couldn’t even drink it! Called to speak to the manager, and go figure it was the same RUDE person I had to deal with at the window. And she continued with her same nasty attitude! I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with the chubby blonde RUDE a$$ “manager” at this location!

Tried the grande iced green tea for the first time. It's very refreshing. I've had to go low-carb, so no more go to drinks. It's all good with this new healthier option!

I went thru the drive thru and placed my order and when I get my order it's completely wrong even though she read it back to me correctly. Most likely not coming back.
This has got to be the nicest Starbucks staffing wise I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. Location is convenient, staff is all smiles and wishing you a great day. Wish all of them were like this one.Thank you

Painfully slow. Employees have no clue whats going on and actively ignore you. Just call the 1800 number and get your money back. The owner responds in the same cookie cutter sort of way to everyone but must do nothing to make their employees actually do their job in a timely manner
