Starbucks is a GREAT go to for great food, drinks, customer service, etc! The prices are a tiny bit high but not outrageous compared to other places. My favorite items to get are the grilled cheese on sour dough with a strawberry açaí refresher with lemonade. Highly recommend!
I ordered a triple venti nonfat caramel macchiato and bacon Gouda sandwich. The woman taking my order was extremely nice through the microphone and I could hear her clearly. No line on a Tuesday morning around 9:00 which was surprising. When I got to the window they offered me a drink from the customer ahead of me that was made incorrectly. I happily accepted. They were just as nice at the window.
I love coming here. The drinks are good and so is the food. My issue is that I always ask for Carmel drizzle, which costs extra, on the drink I order and every single time, they fail to add the Carmel. I'm unsure of how to fix this issue
