Not even 8 (which is when they close) and they kicked me out of line and told me they can't take anymore customers because they are closed. I mean, it only takes a few minutes to make a drink and they had at least 15 more minutes til close. Lazy losers.

Customer service is so bad and rude …. I went today to return a cup that i bought. I told the girl that cashed me out if i can return it she said yes, just have your receipt with you. I went to return it and the girl said that she will not be able to return the cup which she was a manger on shift. She talked to the manger through text messages and her manager said that i have to have my card with me which i did and still didn’t do a return.The lady told me that i have to leave or she will get me the security to get me out of the mall.I thought that was so rude to treat customers that way !!!This shows that i have my receipt.

I stood in line for nearly 30 minutes after I ordered. Only 2 people had orders in front of me. 3 behind me. And for some reason, a simple order (grande matcha latte) took this long to create. I was also skipped. And one of the workers called my drink out wrong. Calling it green tea, whichbis completely different than matcha. They dont know what they are doing or taking about. The workers where rude. This will be my last time going to this location.

It's been a while since I visited last but I wanted to share my experience. I ordered a Java Chip Frap, a drink I have ordered since I was little, and when I got the drink it tasted off. There was little to no sweet taste to the drink. It tasted like water with chocolate chips. I asked for a remake and when I got my second one it tasted exactly the same. When I talked to the barista I felt like she was gaslighting me. She said, "Are you sure you haven't been ordering the Mocha Cookie Crumble? The Java Chip isn't sweet." They provided me with some sweetening syrup and I went in my way. I would just like to say to that barista... yes I'm sure. I have since been to many many other Starbucks locations and each one of them made the Java Chip Frap correctly (and yes, it was sweet.)

I dont like giving bad reviews but pretty disappointed this morning. Mall website, google and Starbucks app all say this store opens at 10am. I usually go down about 1045 to get a coffee before I open my store. Well went down this morning excited to get my Birthday coffee and was told by the guy behind the counter that they dont open till 11am. I get being short staffed but if u are standing there why cant u take care of a guest 15 mins early? Guess I don't get to get my Birthday coffee or breakfast sandwich I was gonna get ?

I had to pay an extra 75 cents to have cream in my decaf pourover and 54 cents to get a cup of water. This is the only Starbucks I have been to that has made me pay that. I won't be ordering from here again when I can go to the one in Barnes and Noble and not get charged extra. B

It's really just a stand in the mall, not a store, which means you cannot use your rewards (or at least that's what I was told on my last birthday when I tried getting my free drink.) That is definitely a draw back since my local store is the same way and this is the main other Starbucks I go to. Other than that, it is a rather average Starbucks. There is a seating area near by so you can sit for a bit and drink your coffee (or whatever tickles your fancy taste buds). I personally get the chai tea because I have never been a huge coffee person and my dad got me hooked on then when I was a kid. This location has never messed up my order but I have been in line when soneone elses was messed up. They usually do go thru lines fairly quickly, even when they do need to remake drinks. Overall, they are fairly quick and have decent employees that handle mistakes well but the huge draw back is the lack of rewards.
