Starbucks

It's really just a stand in the mall, not a store, which means you cannot use your rewards (or at least that's what I was told on my last birthday when I tried getting my free drink.) That is definitely a draw back since my local store is the same way and this is the main other Starbucks I go to. Other than that, it is a rather average Starbucks. Great service other than that b**** Renee. I asked for a frappe mocha and she gave me an iced mocha. Then when I asked for my frappe again, she said, we don't have frappes we have Frappuccinos. I understand there's a difference but she knew what I meant. Plus that's not even my first time having issues with her. Yikes.. this was a weird mix of people. The gentleman at the register had gauges, bright green almost crystal like earrings. The rest of the staff looked younger. He was super unprofessional in receiving my order when he checked if they had something. He literally said "I don't know" instead of turning behind and nicely asking the other employees whether or not they had what I was asking for. Also got the wrong drinks, but the younger and shorter guy remade them how we wanted....read full review
