Tomatos were not ripe and very hard to bite into. Cheese was not even spaced out so all the cheese was in the middle of the sandwich. Ordered jalapeño chips but got salt and vinegar. Thank you Subway, it cost me $40 to learn never order from this subway location ever again.

Everytime I come here the Korean guy is always in a rush and doesn't know how to make a quality sandwich. He will ask you what else does that complete your sandwich but he wants you to tell him everything you want then he can't remember everything and mess it up. The other lady was telling some people but not all don't get the pickles there disgusting. Hands down best subway is North liberty Indiana and these people need some training and integrity

I normally come to this location but went to another location last week. Only because I had business in the grape rd area. I had a coupon 2/12.99 T&C said "NO COUPON" Grape rd, same thing so I got the two sandwiches anyway disappointed to say the least. They were like paper thin sandwiches made by a resentful owner that I will not be going back to ever. It seemed like they thought that they were doing me a favor because I was in their business but I will go back without a doubt to the Bremen highway location. Great customer service good attitude and guess what they honored the coupon just like always. So there's certain owners out there missing the boat because people do buy more if they come in for the coupon. They'll buy extra stuff and I don't think some owners understand that. Thanks again Subway on Bremen highway from your very best customers. The subs were great like always

This may be the last time we visit Subway, or at least this particular location (Bremen highway 331). If you're not paying attention, you'll be overcharged for your sandwiches. We paid $29 for 2 foot long subs advertised for $12 each. That must be $5 sales tax. Doubt it. Definitely don't add a tip (we did, oops, never again) they already got paid. What has this world come to?

Sometimes the food is really good and other times it is horrible. There is one specific worker that makes the sandwhich every time when the food turns out terrible. It's not worth the cost of the sandwiches when he makes them. Definently going to walk straight back out and go somewhere else if he is working.
