I normally come to this location but went to another location last week. Only because I had business in the grape rd area. I had a coupon 2/12.99 T&C said "NO COUPON" Grape rd, same thing so I got the two sandwiches anyway disappointed to say the least. They were like paper thin sandwiches made by a resentful owner that I will not be going back to ever. Subway CEO doesn’t deserve a new yacht this year. This is less about this location specifically as it is about the chain in general. They basically doubled their prices and took half the meat off the sandwiches, you have to pay extra if you want the same amount there used to be. Employees never seem to know how to make a sandwich because, well, the only people who can afford to live on those wages are those whose moms still make theirs. The lady at this subway was very kind to me. At some point subway removed their spicy Italian sub which is the sub I ordered for over 10 years. I would ask for it anyway and they would always make it but for some reason it was always way more expensive when they were making it as like a custom sub not on the menu. So I always ended up paying $15 or $16 or even $17 or $18 for a footlong spicy Italian. While recently they put it back on the menu and it's only $10. So I'm very pleased...read full review
