“The digital kiosk is impersonal. I prefer to interact with the people at a store or fast food place.
The young people in the back were busy and seemed to enjoy their work. Smiles!

“I love Taco Bell so this review is hardly unbiased lol! Food at this location never disappoints but keep in mind that this IS FAST FOOD! - don’t expect a medium rare steak and Cabernet flavor experience. You get what you pay for quick and with a smile. Enjoy!“
“App was very hard to understand & when we got to the window, they said they never received my order.
Asked me to come in & enter it on the kiosk. By that time, it was after 5, so they charged $3 extra for the drink I ordered.
They said they would give me a $3 refund, but I could not add anything that was showing as a special on my app, unless I used my app, which was not working correctly! It wasn't worth all the extra effort. I probably would not use the app again. Food was still good - 25 minutes afterwards.. 😋 😍“
