Taco Bell in Kalamazoo

“The place is super clean and the staff are quick with getting orders going even when getting overwhelmed they are always nice to me. You can order online, or use one of the kiosks or at the register. I really like the Cheesey Bean and Rice and getting it grilled.“

“Food wise this is probably the best Taco Bell I've ever gone to. However, the janitor at this location kinda creeped me out. I dined in today for lunch and he kept getting uncomfortably close to me. I got up to grab my order and I sat down on the opposite side of the restaurant and he came over and got uncomfortably close again.“

“I just wanted to share my experience from tonight at this location. Because I don't feel like people that have good experiences share them often enough. So I just wanted to give some recognition to this specific location for today because if you look at my taco it was like the most perfect taco I've ever seen from any Taco Bell I've been to so I just wanted to give them shout outs for that. And the young man at the drive thru window at 2:10am was very nice, and they were very quick and efficient. So I just wanted to give them the recognition that they deserve.“

“We made our order and had some alterations on a few items. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food came out fast & accurate. Overall they did a great job! Sometimes when we go to new locations our food gets messed up but they did a truly good job.“

“Hands down best taco bell I've been to in West Michigan. I manage a tbell in Virginia. I've worked at and been to every tbell in Holland, grand rapids, and Michigan. None compare to the food here. They got every modification correct! Even unusual ones. They were polite. And they were very busy in drive, lobby, and delivery orders. Will definitely come again once necessary. Thank you!!!!“
