Taco Bell in Mishawaka

“The staff is always super friendly and never act irratated when I order my food the way I like it lol Some thing as simple as chips separate for nacho bell grande has made other locations seam sooo upset about me asking for that ! But never here, they act like it's no big deal (cuz it really ain't or shouldn't be lol!!) ! Always respectful and quick to get my food ready and to me!“

“When this Taco Bell opened, my family and I were excited because there used to be one by the UP Mall, which was almost next to our house and one we went to regularly. I have been here a handful of times to order or pick up, and the restaurant is always clean and modern-looking. The only downside is one time I ordered my birthday treat—a free Baja Blast Freeze—through the app, but when I arrived, they told me they didn't have it. I had to get a blueberry one instead, which wasn't what I was expecting. But, I guess it was a free treat anyway, so I can't really complain!“

“Definitely one of the better Taco Bells in the area. They had a rough patch earlier last year but have improved quite a bit since.

Customized orders will come out correct more often than not, items are rarely forgotten, and the food is decent quality.

My only complaint is that they could do a better job keeping an eye on the counter. I've waited 10 or so minutes just to give them my name for the mobile order I can see on the shelf. Been very tempted to walk back and grab it myself 🤣“

“I don’t care what any of the other reviewers say, this Taco Bell is the best one in South Bend/ Mishawaka! The staff is amazing! It’s true they are under staffed but that’s not their fault and they do a great job with who they have. The manager who took my order was extremely polite and patient with me and since there was no line behind me, after he took my order he hopped back there with the crew to keep busting out food for everyone! I only waited like 10 minutes. The drive through had non stop traffic and multiple door dashers came and went. They work so hard at this location and deserve more respect. 10/10 I will literally go out of my way to come to this Taco Bell instead of the one near my house because the closest one sucks and these guys killed it with the service!“
