I ordered my pizza to go in person. I was concerned it may take too long because I had my dogs with me. But It only took 8 mins! That was awesome. The lady that took my order was very helpful and nice. She even walked my pizza out to me! Again, awesome! I just want to say to the employees on this shift. Keep doing a great job. Also, the pizza was great!
I am not abpizza eater but i love Papa John's, that's considerably good food to me,i eat papa John's just for weekend but we ordered here many times already since they came Monticello,today i came again,we order online for Papadia for hubs,and beef spinach alfredo for mine ,left and open the box mo beef,return there to just cridet the payment for beef,but instead the lady put it back in the oven and give it to me burned crust and mostly hard,just not acceptable,bad cookingbthe...read full review

My order was messed up and was never delivered ☹️. When I spoke to their new manager, Kristen ( I think this was her name) she was very apologetic and made things right, right away. I wanted to give her a shout out for her professionalism and kindness. I love their food and have never had a problem before. We all make mistakes! I will continue to support them and remain a loyal customer!!
