The views are amazing, it's a lakeside resturant, the staff are friendly and nice. The food is a hit or miss, and when I say hit or miss it's either so good you want to lick the plate or absolutely disgusting. But if you choose right it's phenomenal! My wife and I visit The Sportsman Inn alot. Sunday evening, we both ordered their prime rib special. It was probably the best prime rib I have ever eaten. The portion was fantastic too. I could not even finish it and took some home. The last 2 meals(Friday & Sunday) that I have had there have been the best, by far. We stopped in for our 1st time on Saturday for a late lunch – in between the lunch and dinner guests. The food was delicious! The service however wasn't so great. Our waitress took forever to come & get our drink order (another table came in a few minutes after us and had their drinks before our waitress even got to our table)....
