Being able to experience numerous breweries throughout my travels across this country has been fantastic. Today on my way home I randomly selected “breweries on route.” Although this spot was about 10 minutes from I-70, I was incredibly pleased by the pours, the staff, and the energy. This is something the southwest side has desperately needed. A microbrewery with a cool atmosphere. They have a large selection of beers and also carry a rotating list of guest beers.
Dropping in on a friend in the area, he recommended that we have dinner there and I was game. We both like brew pubs. He is native to the area. We have attended a few other establishments in the area and our favorite has dropped off our list due to the fact that they are an entire new establishment and I hate the rap and hip hop that they play.Anyway, this is not a review to slam someone else.
