The service is very slow l the food was cold and the French toast sticks were scraps. I called to speak with a manager i was placed on hold for three minutes. The person who came to the phone claimed to be a manager she was very rude and condescending. She would not provide her name. she got made and hung the phone up. She clearly did not handle the situation like a mature adult her actions were unacceptable.
