“Whoever was working the front of this restaurant around 4:45 pm on Monday, August 18th, deserves a bonus! I’m sorry I didn’t note the name, but they were managing both registers by themselves, seamlessly! AND with a positive attitude. Another customer and I noticed the napkins were out, so we got his attention. He came to assist immediately, and did not look at all bothered, despite how busy he obviously was. Good customer service experiences don’t happen too often now, unfortunately, so I was really impressed with this individual. And my burger and fries were delicious as well. Definitely needed a little more shake sauce, as only a tiny squirt was put on my burger. But it was all so hot and fresh. The fries were perfectly crispy.“
