Service wasn’t the problem, they were pretty kind and fast. However, the food was COLD. We were one of the first few customers upon opening (8/17 @ 4am) and we ordered the Wakeup Shack sandwich. Both servings were cold: the ham, the bacon, the hashbrowns.
The chicken shack was very flavorful. The fries were just okay. I know we are at the airport so the prices are fairly high. My server was Hope and she was amazing.
Firstly they have no sense of respect for their customers. The team is very dead with no good morning, excuse me, just what can I get you, and next. Their kiosks also don’t work. That lead to having a line of more than 12 people waiting with just one cashier for cash and another for card (most were card).
