Terrible service and food at the Amelia Ohio location . Second bad experience in a year. We are done!
WORST service EVER.
I was ignored at the drive up window. I backed out from the drive through and went inside where they ignored me again. When they finally acknowledged me I was told I would have to wait almost 30 minutes for their system to pull up. Why didn’t they get that done before opening? I know for a fact that employees were at the store for over 30 minutes before they opened.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

KFC has kind and gracious employees who ensure a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with fresh and fully-cooked chicken served in a timely manner. Even the biscuits are fresh. However, vegetarian options are limited, and parking can be a challenge due to its narrow space. The drive-through may be particularly challenging for those with claustrophobia. Despite these minor drawbacks, KFC stands out for its exceptional service and fresh food.
