4 Best Taco Restaurants near Mooresville

“The prices just aren't there. You pay about $8 per gourmet wien, and it's a good wien, but I'm gonna need at least 2 to feel satisfied. Fries are on the small side and another 5 and drink will be another 2-3, so you're quickly hitting $20-$25 just for an average guy to not leave hungry. There was a little discount for the combo, but I don't know what that was. But at $8 it needs to come with some chips and a small drink or something and it'd be a different story. I just think of all the meals i could have for $25 a person or even $15 and as good as that wien was, it isn't where I'd choose. It's a good snack/lunch at the fair, but I'd pick a different place to have a dinner.“

“My first time trying torta Cubana and esquite. It’s actually delicious and not expensive. Though I did leave it out for a bit so it may look soggy in the picture. I only put 4 stars for atmosphere due to the fire alarms going off, everything else was great“

“I ordered the Birria tacos but with chicken. They were flavorful and fresh. The elote in the cup was some of the best I’ve ever had.They make the food to order, so call ahead or plan to wait 15-20 minutes. The truck is in the parking lot of the Shell gas station, so the lot can be a bit congested but that isn’t a big deal for me. I’m a fan of this place and will be back!“

“We went to Gill Tacos for the second time ever. Probably the best tacos I have had. I got the steak (carne asada) tacos with cilantro and onions and asked for cheese as well. I like flour tortillas so I ordered flour. Soooo good!! My wife got the taco salad. She said it tasted good but felt like nachos since it was served on chips instead of a fried bowl. We live in northern Indiana but can't wait to get back south to Indy and have tacos there again. And I should say how the steak was so tender and the flavor is one of a kind that is so delicious.“
