This place, and the folks that own and run it provide one of those rare delights in life with great food served and prepared by kind and talented people that are enjoyable to be around. They love people through their work. The outside appearance of the restaurant is very basic, and in no way reflects the warm, delicious atmosphere inside. We are very glad to have found and experienced this place. Don't miss it if you know what is good in life.
stopped in on 5/17/25 for dinner while visiting the area. the hospitality was like going to grandma's kitchen. the food was fabulous! but the homemade pies! omg, it's a 100 miles from home, I told my wife I'd drive out here for lunch on any day! looking forward to coming back.
we have not been here in years and I was craving a good beef manhattan so we stopped in last night for dinner. I don't remember her name but our server was awesome and that manhattan hit the spot. we will be making this one of our favorite spots to go from now on.
