“We want to give a HUGE shout out to Brewed Awakenings and their fantastic owners/staff. Today we were working around the house and realized we hadn't planned anything for lunch. Someone suggested making a to go order. We used to frequent them years ago and it was delicious, but haven't been in since it changed ownership. Nothing personal, just kind of forgot about it. WOW! The food is absolutely amazing and extremely fresh. The Sassy Chicken is flavorful and has the right balance of buffalo sauce and ranch. The Turkey Cordon Bleu was fantastic. My son raved about it. The carving board style meat is a big step up from other cafes. The Chicken Caesar Wrap is huge and packed with flavorful goodness. Rich and creamy, it's a meal with leftovers. I ordered a Chef Salad. What I received was a meal for two. Tons of fresh salad mix, eggs, tasty turkey, and the list goes on. This is what salads should be! Finally, we ordered the chicken salad for my grandson. He's 16 months old and fiercely independent so he insisted on feeding himself. Usually he plays with his food and shares with the dog. Long story short, he strongly approved, but the dog was disappointed to get nothing. He cleaned his tray while simultaneously caking himself in bits of delicious creamy chicken salad! Now we just need to teach him to use a spoon. I'm sure most of you are already familiar with this Cafe and patronize it quite a bit. If you're not, check them out. This is the kind of restaurant we need in town. Quality food, very affordable prices (we fed 7 people for less than we could have at a fast food place), and extremely friendly folks.”

The venue is unique and the restaurant and food, was absolutely wonderful. The food and the staff here are hard to beat. “My daughter and I had a charming lunch today. All the foods are prepared with herbs grown at The Farmhouse and served with care to our table by Betty. The potato salad was very flavorful and turkey club was piled high with thick sliced turkey, bacon and all the fixings. I had the veggie quesadilla and was delighted it was flavorful with premium veggies & cheese with a spinach tortilla and two sauces. I also had the Peach tea and fresh fruit salad. The grounds and upstairs are packed full of antiques, plants and antiques to purchase. I recommend this place!”

“Nice place, its in a gas station, its like all other subways, has your food, relatively all the sandwiches. Has a restroom, it also helps that its in a gas station too. So you can get your sandwich and then drinks if you dont like the stuff at subway.”

I noticed that they received a corporate QC award for 2025 and in my opinion it’s well deserved. I’ve never had bad food or bad service at this location in Martinsville off of 67.”

“I visited the Dairy Queen in Trafalgar recently and had a truly fantastic experience. The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and an easy five stars. The food was fresh, delicious, and another easy five stars. However, what really stood out was the five star service. The gentleman working at the checkout was incredibly kind, accommodating, and went completely above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I needed for a great meal. You do not always find that level of genuine care and customer service these days. I highly recommend stopping by this location. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff member at the register for making my day.”

“This Taco Bell is ran very well. The food doesn’t taste like it’s been sitting there for hours. The food is always hot and fresh. The nacho fries are always warm along with the Cinnabon delights. The employees are always polite. I usually don’t leave reviews but I want a good restaurant to get recognition and this Taco Bell is great.”
