Insomnia Cookies is pure cookie heaven! Every time I go in, I’m greeted by the friendliest, happiest people—it’s like they know I’m about to make the best decision of my day. My cookies are ALWAYS hot, fresh, and so melt-in-your-mouth delicious that it should be illegal. Seriously… these things are dangerously addictive! If you haven’t tried them yet, run (don’t walk) and thank me later. 🍪🔥

Cookies are good and fresh. But customer service was bad. I could barely hear the staff they was talking so soft and it was just us in there. The lady acted like she didn't like her job at all. Then I wanted the 6 pack deluxe on the board for $24 and they told me that they don't know why that's up there that don't even exist that they would have to ring up a 4 pack then 2 more. So that was a little fishy to me. Then got my receipt and they just charged me for...

The cookies are ok ... Their ice cream actually tastes better then the cookies but it's a nice treat still I guess, sweets are sweet right ??‍♀️
