Food is overall a good fresh quality but low stars because for the second time in a month they got my order wrong. I did in store pick up both times and the first time I had a missing items and the second, tonight, I got an incorrect item. Feedback site wasn’t working so wanted to send this over as it’s starting to become a trend and the receipts on the pick up boxes has the correct order, just not the contents of the box.

Walked in to order my lunch, the music was very loud and inappropriate. Lots of bad language. So loud that when the phone rang, he had to plug one ear just to be able to hear the call. Food is usually good, but this atmosphere is definitely not family friendly.

Your Philly cheese steak pizza is awesome. Its one of the best philly pizzas i had in muncie. Next to the pretzel crust it's my 2nd favorite pizza you guys have.

I've have never received such rude customer service from the manager Joe himself over out of stock cheese sauces. So simple! I requested crazy bread which was less than the price of the sauces. Don't order online they will not refund out of stock items. The District manager Ike refused my phone call. The tillotson location is privately owned so the corporation will not compensate or hold them accountable. Joe decided since I did not want the $5 two liter of Pepsi as replacement he would refund the whole order! I'm sure Joe took it home and ate it himself. geez....would'a gave 0 if possible. Goodluck with this location!

Ordered the cheese stuffed pretzel crust with pepperoni. I usually order light sauce because they tend to use too much but it was just right this time and the pretzel stuffed crust was even better than u had hoped! All the stars for an amazing affordable pizza in today’s economy 😍

My boyfriend and I ordered three pizzas two orders of breadsticks which cheese. We got there I asked him to pick up garlic sauce and marinara. He goes to pick it up and he had asked the guy behind the counter since there was no sausage pizza at all because they didn’t have any sausage if we could just get those two sauces for free and he said yes the guy behind my boyfriend that was getting pizza heard the guy behind the counter say that would be fine. The girl rings him up and he told her the guy back there said we can have those for free, he comes up there and then changes his mind and was “like why would we give you free sauce because there’s no sausage pizza” and my boyfriend was like OK I’ll pay for the extra sauce. It’s not that big of a deal and the guy behind the counter denied him of even paying for the sauce and told him to go cry about it and why he was at it, he could leave the pizza there. My boyfriend told him that she had already rung him up, so the pizza was leaving with him. The customer service was poor on that guys end, and I don’t know if he was the manager or just employee or whatever but my boyfriend had stated that it looked like he was high as pupils were huge and he was twitching and just right down rude. Needless to say we will not be ordering from this one again as we have had issues with them in the past when we have ordered. That guy definitely shouldn’t be working there with that attitude.

i usually have good experiences at little ceasars. this particular trip we opened the door to order our food when we are slapped in the face with music blasting so loud the windows shook. my group and i didn’t mind much as we all currently work or have worked in customer service. however our otherwise headache inducing experience was then worsened when a few other people came in to order and had to all but scream to order their food because the music was so loud and bass boosted. not a good experience and i don’t think i’ll be going again.
I ordered two pizzas and a sauce on uber eats, one pizza wasn't even cut, and they didn't even put in the sauce. I'm guessing they're understaffed. Very annoying for an online order, since I couldn't take it back, though eating an uncut pizza was a fun experience (I ordered it for just myself so I just ate it like a pizza taco lol)

This place is a JOKE!! Placed an online order around 3pm for 7:30 pickup, get there and told would be another 10 mins and to come back. So left and went back in 10 mins and was told would be another 20 mins cause thy was busy. Ok but I placed my order online hours ago!! When it was finally ready the guy at the drive thru basically threw the pizza out the window at me and when I go home it was not even able to be ate as the stuffed crust was totally burnt and crunchy and on cheese in it I assuume it had all melted away since being way burnt but yet the middle was so soggy you could not even hold a slice so no one would eat it and it went straight to the trash!!! Will never go here again and will never tell anyone else to either!!!

Here’s some advice… DON’T DO THE DRIVE THRU PICKUP! I’ve been sitting here stuck in this drive thru for more than 20 minutes! And I’m trapped! This is NOT the first time. Then when I finally received my food, the pepperoni puffs look like somebody had squeezed each one in their hand so they were small and all shriveled up, overcooked, and cold! Then they were out of the cheese sauce cup that I had ordered and already paid for so they gave me some garlic sauce instead. Last time I got the pepperoni puffs they were all burned. Super disappointed in this little Caesars.
