Threatened to call the cops on me because I was upset when they locked me out of the store for 35 minutes after I PAID for my $50 order. They took my $50 order at 11am and told me it would be a 20 minute wait and that was cool!! I go to retrieve the order after sitting in my car because there are no chairs inside. I had to literally pound on the glass door and windows for 15 minutes. When the employee finally answers he's very annoyed with me for pounding and instead of apologizing and telling me the ovens were not working, he insists on policing my tone of voice instead of trying to make it right. Him and the "owner" were seriously mad at me. I had no clue what was going on or what to do. Of course I was agitated and treating me poorly escalated that. Unreal! You couldn't pay me to visit this establishment again.

Made a pick up order at 10:00 am for 17:30 that same day. I get there at 17:30 and the pizzas aren’t even in the oven. The girl behind the counter checks on it and says ya they haven’t got to it yet. I say “ok, I made the order at 10:00 am can you tell me why”? She stares at me and says “ I can cancel the order, what do you want me to do”. Avoid this location, they don’t care.

I would put zero stars... They made a pizza knew that it had an air pocket across the whole middle of the pizza and they cut it and still gave it to us knowing that we were feeding our kids in the car on the way to Indianapolis and they still cut it and tried to give it to me and it was a cheese pizza so there was nothing left on top because the air bubbles took everything off the cheese pizza very very very very very very very disappointed
3 pm on a Saturday, nothing is ready and they have nothing in the oven. Why would I come here if I have to order the pizza??

We've stopped here twice on our way through town. The staff is friendly, and the pizza (and crazy bread) is always HOT and delicious. I'm a super picky vegetarian and I've never gotten sick from Little Cesar's.
Vegetarian options: They use different cutters for each kind of pizza, so there's no cross-contamination with meat!

~This was intended to be a joke. I found it funny but others may not. Some humor may very.~Ate here yesterday. Food was decent but not much variety where I found it. No waiting in line either.

This place needs new management or something I go through the drive through around 6:30-7 pm on 5/15/24 and a lady taking the order was very rude and rushed through the whole order and was huffing and puffing the whole time. So I backed out of the drive through bc I will not spend money somewhere where I’m rushed and get bad service u have lost a customer for good..

How are you open until 10pm but won’t let anyone order over 30 minutes before closing. Than you don’t actually close at 10 do you. Very rude employees too. Won’t be going back there.

Tried to call for 10-15 minutes to make sure pizza would be ready. I arrived while it was ringing. A manager answered it and hung up on me while I was standing outside the restaurant watching him. A customer came out who had come back two times to have an order corrected. They got her out. She told me that she was afraid to eat her pizza due to the behavior of the “co-managers.” They close at 10:00. The walked her out at 9:30 and put a sign that said drive through only. I went to the drive through. I asked them why they wouldn’t take my call and hung up on me. They told me they weren’t taking calls and that it was rude of me to call wanting pizza (from a place that’s supposed to have pizza hot and ready 30 minutes prior to closing and how it was also ridiculous and rude of me to expect them to serve me pizza from the drive through when they are trying to close up the restaurant 30 minutes prior to closing.I wouldn’t even consider going here other than a kid likes it. Too bad for that kid now. I will not be back at this location. If you are a franchise owner of the Little Caesar’s on McGalliard in Muncie, I would be very upset that your “co-managers” do not want to serve product to people and chose to make customers feel as if they are lucky that they are even there and perhaps MIGHT be willing to help.
