Noodles in Muncie, IN

“I visited the Muncie location last night, June 8th around 8pm. The team was getting slammed with to-go orders. In spite of this the dining room was in perfect condition and the team was keeping their cool. The guy who took my order let us know ahead of time they were running behind. I think one of the team members might have stayed late to help. In a world where customer service is nearly non existent I was really impressed with how your employees were working. As a customer I didn't feel tense or annoyed and could see that everyone on staff was working hard. Do not take these employees for granted! Please tell them we left this review!“
