Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Food was good, but our bill was 43 and some change. we paid with cash, gave 60 and the waitress tried to steal the rest of the money. we were going to give her tip but she just assumed and kept 16-17 for herself . and then we had to ask for it back..

My husband and I I ate here at Olive Garden last Friday. We hardly ever eat out.
We ordered soup and salad. Our waitress brought us our salad, then more salad. Then finally quite a while later brought us our soup. We ask for a refill of a half a bowl of soup. Several minutes later she came back and said they didn’t have any. They were working on making more. My husband doesn’t have a lot of days off . He wanted to be home so we paid and left . We felt our lunch had not been that great of an experience. We left not feeling satisfied.
I called the next day and talked to the manager. Not asking for anything just wanted him to know about our experience. He said all the management were new. They were trying to make things better.
Before hanging up he asked for my email address. He said he was sending me our money back plus a little more. He said you will find it in your email in 15 minutes or less.
I didn’t ask for anything but never received an email to reimburse me for our meal or anything else. New manage in my opinion is not making things better!!

Great place if you have a gluten sensitivity. They were so nice and accommodating. The waitress pulled up a separate gluten free menu on the table kiosk, and the manager stopped by to tell me about their safety procedures.

I was in a group, and they brought a separate gluten free salad and individually packaged croutons and dressing so that a.) the others at my table could have croutons and b.) I could read the ingredients on the dressing.

A manager also personally delivered my dish separately so that I could be sure there was no accidental mixup.

It was very reassuring and definitely one of the better restaurant responses I've had to gluten free requests.

Went here during the week for lunch. We drove from Anderson to this location because the food is so much better at the Muncie location.

The shrimp alfredo was way too much.I had to eat half of it.The next day.. fresh salad and great garlic breadsticks.

I have been to Olive Garden a million times but this time was the best!! Our server Courtney was literally the best, very attentive, super sweet and personal, and on top of things!! Food and atmosphere were great too!

Food was phenomenal. Wait was too long for the volume. They were clearly short staffed, didn't appear to have any busses. One hostess was sweet and trying to keep everything going, other was causing chaos(not sure if this was a front end manager or hostess.) Seriously the food was great though, probably the best food I have ever had at an OG, our server was cool too.

I’m not so hip on pasta but I took out my 95 year old grandfather and daughter their because they love it. Our waitress was by far the best waitress one could ask for. They opened the doors and were so kind.

Easy parking access

Best service and care I have had in a very long time from dining out! Came for a nice Sunday lunch with my parents and my daughter. Our server - Shelby - was the kindest server and was very efficient! She talked about daily specials, confirmed our drink order from the greeter who showed us our table, and returned very quickly with our items! Shelby frequently checked in and offered refills on our unlimited pasta bowls. The whole staff during our visit was amazing! Additionally, other servers and staff would check in and take dishes from table when needed or offered refills too. They had amazing leadership from Greg , whom also opened doors and took care of clients. He was a great example of excellence for the team and created a very welcom Environment! Today’s experience was beyond measure!
