I stopped in this morning to purchase items for a business meetings. I had quite possibly one of the most stressful and sad mornings of my life. I paid and as I was standing there this happy gentleman named Joe went out of his way to wave and say hello to me. He proceeded to wave to other customers, crack jokes with customers, crack jokes with employees all while providing fantastic service.
