The coffee is just fine. Standard Starbucks. My biggest complaint is the staff. Their customer service is terrible. Every time i come in, they ignore me. I am left waiting for about 5 mins. The employees act like they are doing you a favor. The lady who owns or trains the employees is no different. She will stare at you if you bring a laptop to work. It's definitely not a friendly place to study. I always feel unwelcome. The location on tillotson is night and day. Go there.
I have always had fantastic customer service experiences here. They always go above and beyond to make sure they get the order right and are very kind and personable. That makes the experience enjoyable
It's Starbucks! Even though i feel like the name speaks for itself, I'll say it's definitely worth the money. And in my experiences, all the employees at different Locations have been super friendly and will go the extra mile for their customers! Thanks guys!
