This month, I’ve visited this establishment twice for drinks, and both times, I’ve had to wait over 15 minutes. I’m not sure if they need a new system or more staff. Waiting that long for two drinks is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the person who was making my drinks had straight black hair and had an attitude about making my drink over due to a mistake she made. While mistakes are understandable, being rude about correcting them isn’t.

I normally get the brown sugar boba milk tea with oat milk, less sugar, and light ice 10/10 every time. Husband gets the oolong fresh fruit tea or the crush peach fruit tea with strawberry boba 10/10 from him. The staff is friendly and welcome to my husbands shenanigans (he regularly teases people nicely and enjoyed making connections with staff) it’s also connected to a nail shop which is a plus as we’ve gone there to get pedicures before. This is our boba spot.

Boba Tea & Coffee is a bright, open, and clean restaurant with a truly charming and cute atmosphere, featuring lit-up decorations. It offers a diverse selection of exquisite teas, coffee, and ice cream, including peach tea, strawberry ice cream, and the perfect combo rolled ice cream. The winter melon milk tea tastes great, though some find it on the sweeter side and note the boba is firmer than expected. Sometimes they include way too much ice.
The service is exceptional, with friendly staff described as super sweet and pleasant young workers. However, a significant concern is the shop's direct connection to an adjacent nail salon, which shares the same ownership. The scent from the salon is noticeable, and there is a worry that chemicals leak into the boba shop; sitting near the salon can cause a headache from the acetone, and some have reported a taste of nail polish remover lingering in drinks, even associating a visit with a stomach ache. Customers recommend better separation between the businesses.
The ambiance is wonderful, with claw machines that are a hit with children. There is also a convenient delivery service to the nail salon. Some feel the menu needs updating, as it has had the same items since opening. A point of contention is that tips left on the tea side may not be going to the young workers, which customers find infuriating.
