Yesterday I visited at 7pm. They had no steak or barbacoa. Also didn’t have peppers or onions. Lots of workers but no one was cooking anything. The rice had no cilantro or lime. I’ve been there many times and I’ve never been so disappointed.
This Chipotle is literally the WORST. Placed an online order and it was supposed to be ready by 4:30. We arrive and of course, it’s not ready. They finally finish up our order and we go home and open up my burrito bowl and I had asked for extra corn and extra mild salsa. It’s not there. My husband had a burrito and had asked for queso and the medium green salsa and they put a whisper of each on his burrito.
